Additional Information:

Taxes will be included when necessary.
Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of the contract; the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.
Non-profits must provide proof of non-profit status to receive the special rate.
Insurance: Renters are required to have insurance for the rental. For assistance, please visit the TULIP website for insurance .
Security: A Recreation Assistant will connect you with the City’s third-party vendor once a contract is in place.
